Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in New Product Development, Operations, Quality Management Systems, Business Development, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Technology Upgradation, Talent Pool Management for global leadership succession and Global Plant Setup. His deep understanding of Business Strategy, Organizational Development and Quality Systems has shaped his approach to building efficient and future ready teams.
As Managing Director of Purna, he leads the organization with a vision rooted in engineering excellence, strategic innovation and operational integrity, guiding the company towards continuous growth and client success.
S. Rajesh
Director – Operations
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career with Purna as an Intern. Over the past two and half decades, his technical expertise, leadership and Business acumen have been instrumental in driving the company’s operational and strategic growth.
A Subject Matter Expert in Piping Design, he possesses in depth knowledge of Plant and Mechanical Engineering systems, with extensive hands on experience in executing offshore projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Alongside his technical strengths, he plays a key role in Business Development, building long term client relationships and expanding Purna’s presence across industries.

Vaibhava S. Inamdar
Director – Business Development
A Graduate in Civil Engineering along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer-Aided Design. With over 24 years of professional experience, including a notable tenure at TATA Consulting Engineers, he brings deep technical expertise and strong leadership to Purna.
Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in managing and delivering large-scale engineering projects across multiple sectors, consistently demonstrating analytical strength, precision and a commitment to engineering excellence.
As Director Business Development, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market reach and fostering long term client partnerships. His unique combination of technical insight, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial vision plays a vital role in strengthening the company’s competitive edge and sustaining its growth trajectory.
Suresh Rao
Director – Technical
A Graduate in Civil Engineering, brings over 43 years of extensive experience in the Engineering and Infrastructure sector. His distinguished career includes senior level roles in some of the industry’s most respected organizations such as Tata Consulting Engineers, the Malaysian International Consulting Organization (MINCO) and GMR Infrastructure.
Over the decades, he has contributed significantly to the design and development of a diverse range of Engineering Projects spanning Multi Storied Commercial Buildings, Bridges and Flyovers, Industrial complexes, Power plant structures, Jetties, Stadiums, Chemical and Cement plants, Hydroelectric facilities and major Highway infrastructure. His exceptional depth of expertise and multidisciplinary knowledge have shaped numerous high impact national and international projects.
At Purna he leads the Technical and Structural Design functions, bringing rigorous domain expertise, precision driven leadership and an unwavering commitment to engineering excellence. Beyond his technical responsibilities, he plays a vital role as a mentor, guiding engineering teams with insights accumulated over four decades. He actively nurtures talent, encourages innovation and instills best practices ensuring that Purna’s next generation of engineers grow with strong technical grounding and with a deep understanding of real world engineering challenges.

Anitha Srinivasan
Director – HR & Administration
A double postgraduate in Science and Management (MBA) with over 30 years of experience in Designing, Developing and leading HR and Administrative functions across multiple organizational verticals. Her career is marked by her ability to build robust people systems, establish scalable processes and shape strong organizational cultures that support both operational and strategic goals.
At Purna she is responsible for the deployment of HR and administrative strategy, covering a wide spectrum of key functions including Recruitment, Compensation Management, Talent Retention, Employee Relations, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Compliance, Process Development and Cost Control.
Her commitment to continuous improvement and her strong understanding of organizational needs ensure that Purna’s people practices remain aligned with the company’s long term vision and evolving industry demands.
